Living on the water isn’t limited to coastal areas. This is a lovely and charming gated community in Cape Coral, but because it is so small, it is often overlooked in property searches. Located in the southwest section of Cape Coral, 32 of the 100 homes in Emerald Cove have direct access to Weatherly Lake. Lot sizes in Emerald Cove average just 50 by 125 feet, making them ideal for families. Southwest Florida-style living includes a community pool, a small beach, and a fishing pier for the residents to enjoy. White stucco villas with two or three bedrooms and larger two-story homes are typical of the Emerald Cove real estate market, which was designed with families in mind.
